Hotel Information

The ACERT Annual Conference is held yearly at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you plan on staying in the Orleans Hotel, please note the following:

Each year ACERT reserves a block of rooms for conference attendees. To receive the conference group rate, rooms must be booked 30 days in advance, using either the dedicated event link below (when ordering online), or our group code (when ordering by phone). Once the room block is sold out, there is nothing ACERT can do to secure more rooms at the hotel.

ACERT's reduced room rate, including resort fee, is $96 Sunday-Thursday and $143 Friday and Saturday, plus taxes.

The cut-off date for room reservations will be December 29, 2026.

Prices are based on double occupancy and now include resort fees.

Included in the price of the room is a resort fee (Please note: the resort fee has increased to $40.99 plus tax, per room, per day) that is required for all guests. The resort fee includes acess to fitness center, business center, internet, phone calls, in-room safe, and in-room coffee.

Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m.

GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES

Guestrooms must be occupied and registered to at least one adult, who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.

Exhibitors

Application Information

To provide the best possible experience for our attendees and to ensure appropriate exhibit hall planning, all prospective exhibitors must submit an exhibitor application by December 1. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as an exhibitor.

Exhibitors will be selected based on how well their products, services, and mission align with the mission of ACERT and the educational value they bring to conference attendees. Applications are not reviewed or accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants who are accepted will be notified, and payment must be received by December 15 to reserve exhibit space. Because exhibit space is limited and conference planning begins immediately after the payment deadline, no exhibitor applications or payments will be accepted after December 15.

As part of your participation, exhibitors are asked to bring 2–5 raffle items to be given away to student attendees. These donations are greatly appreciated and help create an engaging and rewarding exhibit hall experience for our students.
